1. Use of Platform

• You must be 18 years or older to use this platform

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

2. Musician Profiles & Bookings

• Musicians are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and availability

• Customers agree to pay all fees associated with a booking, including platform and service charges

• No-shows or cancellations may result in penalties outlined in our cancellation policy

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable

• Donations may be tied to a specific partner/location or allocated to the general fund

4. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or abuse the platform

5. Limitation of Liability

• Audivify is not liable for disputes between users, including booking issues or performance quality

• Our platform is offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind

6. Changes

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
