Simply search by location, music style, or instrument, view musician profiles, and book performers directly through our platform. You can also create custom ensembles tailored to your event.

Musicians can create a profile showcasing their experience, instruments, performance style, genres, and availability. Once approved, your profile will be visible to customers who can book you for events. You will receive notifications for booking requests and manage your schedule through the platform.

Customers pay a booking fee of $35 per event, in addition to the musicians’ performance fees, which are based on an hourly rate. The total cost will depend on the number of musicians booked and the duration of the event. Musicians receive their payment minus a platform service fee, which varies depending on their subscription level.

Audivify uses PayPal for secure payment processing. The platform is SSL-encrypted, and we adhere to strict data privacy policies to protect personal and payment information.

Audivify facilitates secure communication between customers and musicians through the platform. You’ll be notified of any updates, requests, or changes to the booking and can respond through your account dashboard.

Customers are required to make full payment at the time of booking. Musicians are paid after successfully completing the event. We use PayPal to handle secure payments, and installment plans are available with full payment due seven days before the event.

Yes! You can create a custom ensemble by selecting individual musicians to fill specific positions or book a pre-formed ensemble through musician profiles. This flexibility allows you to tailor the performance to your event’s needs.

You can cancel or modify a booking through your account dashboard. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event. If a musician cancels, you will receive a full refund or assistance in finding a replacement.

All musicians go through a profile verification process, including submitting performance details and references. Customers can also read reviews and ratings from past events.

Musicians can opt for subscription tiers that include benefits such as reduced platform fees, profile promotion, access to analytics, and invitations to featured events. Additionally, customer reviews help build credibility and attract more bookings.
